Thank you for registering for the Mayor's Mandatory Training Program.

As council elections will not take place until November, councils are not expected to know the names of their Mayor and Deputy Mayor at the time of registration.

This registration should be completed by a council contact on behalf of their council's elected representative(s).

The personal information requested on this registration form is being collected by MAV for the purpose of conducting this event or directly related purposes. Data Security and Privacy Registrations, including payments, are made on a secure server. This registration system complies with Payment Card Industry (PCI) Level 1 Data Security Standards. The information you send through our website is encrypted and transmitted via Secure Socket Layers (SSL) technology. We do not offer a warranty regarding the encryption’s strength or effectiveness. We are not responsible for events arising from unauthorised access of the information you provide.   

Registration Once you have successfully registered, a 'Registration Confirmation' will be sent to the email address provided. If you do not receive the 'Registration Confirmation' email, or if you see an error message after submitting your registration, please contact sedev@mav.asn.au to check if your registration has been received.

Cancellation & Substitution Policy   There will be no refunds for no shows or cancellations made within 15 business days of the listed event date; however a substitute registrant is permitted. You can process cancellations and substitutions using the link on your registration confirmation email and entering the confirmation number provided in the original registration confirmation. Please note in order to secure your registration, full payment is required within 10 business days from the registration date. If the date of this invoice is within 10 business days of the event, payment is due prior to event attendance. If there is an outstanding balance on your invoice at the time of the event, you may be required to make a payment by credit card for event entry.

Photography & Videography MAV takes photographs and performs filming both on MAV premises and also in public places. These photographs and footage may be used for publicity purposes. Registrants at MAV events are asked to inform the MAV if they do not want their photograph, or footage of themselves, used for publicity purposes.
