Planning leaders in local government are carrying a lot.
Reform, uncertainty, community pressure, resource constraints and relentless change are now part of the everyday environment. Many capable planners are being asked to lead through ambiguity while still delivering results, supporting teams, and responding to rising expectations from all directions.
That makes leadership development more than a nice extra. It is practical support for people working in demanding systems.
Bold Futures Reclaim is designed to help participants lead with greater clarity, stronger self-awareness, and more conviction in how they communicate, influence and act.

Investment: $5,000 ex GST per participant.
